The 5* deluxe Calimera Royal Diamond Beach, which opened in October 2007 is located at the edge of the Om El Seid plateau overlooking the Red Sea and the Tiran Islands, next door to it's sister hotel Iberotel Grand Sharm. The hotel with its private 260 meters beach offers guests the opportunity to experience some of the areas renowned coral reefs presenting some of the best diving in the area. The hotel comprises of 298 rooms and suites, two restaurants, two bars and a oriental cafe.There is plenty to keep you busy including, 2 tennis courts(at sister hotel Grand Sharm), tabel tennis, aerobics, beach volleyball, scuba diving center, kids club, gym, massage and for those of you who have just gone on holiday to unwind there are 2 swimming pools to choice from 1 of these being heated the other a children's pool.(third swimming pool opening in March 08). Rooms are well appointed with air conditioning, Sat TV, mini bar, telephone, safe deposit box, private bathroom with hair dryer, balcony or terraces.The Standard and Family rooms have either a pool or garden view.The Family rooms consist of a seperate bedroom and living room where sofa or extra beds are placed, both children are Free of Charge in these rooms.
