Property Summary
Once a sleepy fishing village, Marmaris has grown into one of the largest resorts on the Aegean coast, if not Turkey. Little of its history remains, as the town is now a modern development with tourism at its heart and soul. Marmaris is also well-known for its expanse of green, present the whole year round thanks to the pine-covered hills which surround the town. There are many beaches around the bay, and there are ancient cities and seaside villages close by for day trips. The yacht harbor is the biggest and newest in Turkey, and therefore the busiest charter port especially for trips along the Turquoise Coast.

The complex is conveniently located just 30m from Marmaris Thursday Market, 70m from the Amphitheatre, 400m from the beach, 500m from the city centre and 95km to Dalaman International Airport.

The complex consists of 22 apartments all featuring private bathroom, kitchenette, mini-fridge, telephone, air-conditioning (charged locally) and balcony.
The restaurant serves A la Carte, specials, set menu and snacks throughout the day and in the evening offers a romantic, warm and charming setting. The bar is open from 8.00 am until late. The hotel also has a wide screen TV. Every week, at the Pool Bar, special nights are held including Barbecue nights, fish nights and animation shows.
